PoleTonic Fitness Classes: is rapidly becoming an “alternative” strength training choice .
The origins of using a pole come from China and India dating back to the 12th
Century and mainly performed by men doing acrobatic style movements in circus
style settings. Later in the 20th century pole evolved to include exotic dance, fitness and is now a competitive sport. Using
just your body to perform a variety of pull up style movements resulting in rapid
strength and muscle tone. Classes combine pilates, dance, yoga and traditional
pole moves. With a certification based in exercise science, strict adherence to
safety and technique ensures a great experience for all levels and all ages.
Private sessions
and food coaching/cooking classes: Private
sessions are a great way to get
started and address your personal goals or update your exisiting programme. The
hands on cooking and food coaching equip you with great ideas to prepare
nutritious, low fat meals and dishes. Food classes are ongoing and by
