"I was introduced to Suzanne and her pole classes about a year ago by my mother who knows her from the gym. At first I just went along for something fun to do but have ended up coming twice a week right up until 2 weeks before the birth of my daughter. There has been a noticeable improvement in my muscle tone and energy levels. My husband has also been coming along to Pilates as it has helped him recover from some back pain after having surgery last year. Suzanne is a lot of fun - we always end up having a laugh as well as a good workout. She is really knowledgeable and has can modify for all levels and conditions. The small class size is really nice and means everyone manages to get individual attention. Would highly recommend Suzanne as a fitness, dance and Pilates teacher. I am so happy that I found a great way to exercise and increase my core stability. In my 30's I had lots of back problems and spent quite a lot of time at physiotherapy and having weekly massages to ease the pain,since developing my core stability I haven't had to go and see a physiotherapist in a very long time. Pilates has been a key part of that. I love the great overall feeling I have after finishing a Pilates session."

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING
Each day is a new adventure. When you awaken in the morning, your positive or negative thoughts will determine your attitude and mood that day. Try this exercise: Make a positive comment to yourself each morning such as: "I feel good", Today is going to be relaxing", etc... Notice how you feel different toward yourself and others.

AWARENESS & STRESS MANAGEMENT 
Becoming aware of how you do things is the first step to changing habits. How fast do you eat? How do you react to traffic, people etc? How do you carry your posture? Become aware, slow down and you will learn to reduce stress and relax in everything that you do.
